Some of the staff at the Auguste-Renoir college denounce the “toxic management” of their head of establishment, who arrived in 2021, and the “inertia” of the institution.
She never comes to teach without anxiolytics in her bag. For more than ten years, Nathalie (1) nevertheless went “the flower with the gun” at the Auguste-Renoir college located in Chatou (Yvelines). She loved this quiet establishment of 600 students where she found a team of around forty teachers, united, full of projects and who had the confidence of its management. But in 2021, “a major news arrived and she quickly wiped out everyone who didn’t agree with hersays Nathalie who has already cried during class. Since then, we have lived in a climate of terror. We never know what sauce we are going to be eaten with.” Like Nathalie, seven other teachers and two other staff members, who wish to remain anonymous, say they are victims, to Liberationmanagement “very toxic”. Alerted, the Versailles rectorate, which wishes to respond in place of the management of the establishment, ensures for its part that “several actions have been taken”.
