“The road is slippery on the Trémuson side”testifies a listener. “It should be less important than expected”explains Sébastien Decaux, forecaster at Météo France. “The depression passes further north. Snowfall will be less significant. But with temperatures close to 0°C, it holds in Côtes-d'Armor and the north of Ille-et-Vilaine, with a mild spell at the end of the morning it is possible to have 5 cm of snow on the ground in the country of Fougères.
Salting or scraping operations take place in several sectors of Côtes-d'Armor: Lannion, Rostrenen, Saint-Brieuc Sud and Callac.
The Breton departments are placed in vigilance orange for these phenomena (since 6 a.m. for snow in Côtes-d'Armor and Ille-et-Vilaine and from 9 a.m. for wind in Finistère and Morbihan).
