It is the Longueville sector which is concerned, the Community of Terroir de Caux communes, and a small part of the Agglomeration community of the Dieppe region. The ARS calls on residents to be very careful. It is forbidden to use tap water for anything that is “food uses, drinking, teeth washing, infant washing, food preparation, and ice cubes”recalls the agency. On the other hand, tap water can be used for showering or toileting.
Subscribers are directly informed by the community or the water network operator, indicates the ARS. Bottles of water are distributed to residents. “All measures have been taken so that a return to a normal situation takes place quickly. Regular information will be provided by the community and the operator to the inhabitants of the municipalities on the evolution of the situation”assure l’ARS.
