On the occasion of the preview of a docufiction on the painter, Moselle and Saar signed a partnership agreement.
Quite a symbol for Patrick Basso, the director of the docufiction on the Moselle painter Georges de la Tour for Cerigo Films. Broadcast in preview at the Klub in Metz, it was preceded by the signing of an agreement between the Land of Sarre in Germany and Moselle. The two territories are already largely partners on cross-border cultural projects, such as around the Perspectives festival events or the Bliesbruck-Reinheim museum.
The documentary to watch on Moselle TV
With this cultural convention, several projects will be officially supported, such as the creation of a graphic novel on the war of 1870 or this fictionalized documentary around the life and work of the painter born in Vic-sur-Seille, whose name was forgotten for centuries before being brought back to light by the German historian Hermann Voss in 1915.
The docufiction will be broadcast this Wednesday, November 20 at 9 p.m. on Moselle TV.
