The story in a few lines…
Summoned to the Château de Blois by Henri III, the Duke of Guise fell into an ambush. After having heroically crossed swords with the members of the king’s personal guard, he died, pierced by several sword blows. End of the performance.
The spectators present at the castle applaud the actors’ performance, but Jean-Yves Bellion, the rich industrialist who played the role of Henry III, does not join his partners in greeting the audience. And for good reason, he was assassinated in full performance. Very quickly, suspicion fell on Arthurthe young interpreter of the Duke of Guise.
Present on site, the captain Alice Deschampsthe ex-mother-in-law ofArthur, takes charge of the investigation. To exonerate the young man, she will have to team up with her ex, the commander Denis Frecantthe father ofArthur.
But collaboration proves difficult for two people who loved each other and whose painful past reappears at each step of the investigation.
