Independent for 17 years, the Jézo design office, based in Kervignac near Lorient, joins the Iming Group, a national player in project management in buildings, infrastructure and mobility. Jézo is the first and only Breton location of this French group specializing in sustainable construction and the ecological transition of buildings.
Born in Kervignac in 2007, the Jézo firm was specialized in the project management of industrial buildings (80% of its activity), dedicated mainly to the agri-food industry. Among its references, we include the extension of a logistics warehouse and a production area for the company Cité Marine (56), or even the construction of a third place and social living space in the community. of municipalities Blavet Bellevue Océan (56). With a team of seven people, the Morbihan design office carried out 25 projects over the past year, and achieved a million euros in turnover.
Complementarity of skills
After 17 years of independence and constant growth, this experienced firm “ in the design and implementation of complex projects in occupied environments, with a strong specialization in ICPE and the management of industrial water discharges“, decides to integrate and to bring its uniqueness to a national group, the Iming group, a major player in All Trades engineering based in the Paris region and established in six other regions of France. “ We are delighted to join Iming Services, a group that shares our long-term vision and pursuit of technical excellence. Thanks to this acquisition, we will be able to deploy even more ambitious projects, while benefiting from the solid structure of a group like Iming », declared Pierre-Yves Jézo, former manager of the eponymous firm.
This acquisition is coupled with that of the thermal and environmental engineering office Ecovitalis, based in Toulouse. “ These acquisitions mark a decisive step in our development project », declares Alexis Lartigue, president of Iming Services. “ With Jézo's expertise, we are consolidating our position on the industrial market, while Ecovitalis allows us to strengthen our commitment to more environmentally friendly solutions in the building sector. This double acquisition allows us to combine performance and responsibility, two pillars of our strategy for the years to come. »
The two companies will retain their teams and continue to operate under their respective brands, while benefiting from the strategic, technical and financial support of the Group. With these two acquisitions, Iming Services now has more than 115 employees and a turnover of nearly 15 million euros.
