Since the Tuesday November 12, 2024of the works began at the intersection of departmental roads RD650 and RD904E, at a place called “La Mare du Parc”, in the municipalities of Surtainville and Pierreville (Manche).
This project will see theconstruction of a roundabout of 18 meters of exterior radius, for improve security et make traffic flow more smoothly on this busy axis.
Alternating circulation
The development of this roundabout is an initiative of the Department to meet the needs of securing and organizing traffic at this intersection. This project, entrusted to the Eurovia company (Périers sector), should last approximately four monthsexcept for setbacks linked to weather conditions or possible technical constraints.
During the duration of the work, a alternating traffic will be put in place. However, a temporary deviation of one week on the RD904E, which crosses the hamlet of “La Mare du Parc”, will be necessary when the asphalt is laid. The date of this deviation has not yet been specified. Despite the work, access to waterfront properties will be maintained.
