In the commune of Maisnières, the consequences of the torrential rains were particularly marked. Surrounding fields showered runoff water which flooded up to three homes. Residents reported water levels varying between 4 and 10 centimeters, seriously affecting basements and ground floors. L’garage wall collapse adjacent to a pylon also required the intervention of Enedis teams.

Martainneville: a paralyzed company

In Martainneville, the situation was not much rosier. A logistics transport company experienced a flooding of its docksthus disrupting its activities. Those responsible for this company had to carry out a damage assessment to determine the next steps to take and limit losses.
