Warning, scam: a fraudulent campaign using the identity of the Métropole de Lyon is currently circulating in the territory.

According to the community, false interventions for connected thermostats are offered to local residents.

Several buildings concerned

“Documents bearing the logo of the Métropole and referring to the system for installing connected thermostats set up in partnership with Voltalis are circulating in several buildings, claiming to organize interventions at home,” explains the Métropole de Lyon.

These notices of intervention, which present information “purporting to be based on Decree No. 2023-444 and mentioning support by the State”, are of course false.

Greater Lyon therefore reminds that all its interventions and those of its partners are announced by official means of communication such as its website, its newsletter or signed newsletters.
