After a long wait, the 6th grade students finally found their Breton correspondents. Earlier in the year, 6th grade students from Sainte-Marie college welcomed Breton correspondents from Fouesnant college. It was now their turn to discover the magnificent region of Brittany, for a week.

The first day of their stay was dedicated to Breton delights, with galettes, kouign-amann, far breton, salted butter caramel, crepes, and much more. The students visited the François Garrec creperie biscuit factory to discover how these specialties are made.

On the second day, the schoolchildren explored the Haliotika Fishing City in Guilvinec, delving into the world of sea fishing. They also climbed the 307 steps of the Eckmhühl lighthouse in Penmarch to enjoy a breathtaking 360-degree view. degrees.

A day was dedicated to the town of Concarneau, to visit the Ville Close. The fortified city on an islet offered magnificent views of the bay and the port. They also visited Océanopolis in Brest, a center dedicated to marine biodiversity.
