Created in 1987, the association the Relay aims to promote the social and professional reintegration of job seekers and people in great difficulty, in Falaise and in the Community of Communes.
Included in the Actif et Dynamic associative structure group, based in Caen, since January 1, 2021, it has been flourishing for a year in its new premises located rue du Champ Saint-Michel. New premises where people around each other feel good.
Values
We carry certain values defined on a daily basis such as respect for the people we welcome, the territory and all the people who live there, and, third value, economic development. Franck Gervais, business leader, who took over the presidency of Actif et Dynamic in 2006, following his mother, who was at the origin of its creation.
The group combines economic efficiency and social ambition by acting for a more inclusive society.

Services
The Relais de Falaise works for the inclusion of people in precarious situations and deprived of employment, throughout the Pays de Falaise territory, offering them socio-professional support. And a proposal to work on missions of their choice, where they can present their skills, experience and qualifications.
“Le Relais is now a group company but it is also a support for the development of the group’s other activities,” continues the president. “We are able, with the different structures, to offer different possibilities. Personal services around the maintenance of your interior (cleaning, window cleaning, ironing), exterior maintenance (gardening, mowing, weeding), around help in general (shopping, meals, small DIY), but also handling, storage, or moving… » With a possibility of a 50% discount applicable depending on the work.
Flawless support
“In the territory, there are other needs, needs from businesses, communities, individuals, for services that we know how to respond to.
We can help the people we support move towards more professional career paths. Our goal is to support these people in their project and towards a positive outcome. »
Course with training such as driving license, or self-confidence, interpersonal skills… Everything that is necessary for people to master a return to work and give them confidence.

Today, around forty people are accompanied by the Relay.
