To be able to stand for legislative elections, it is necessary to be 18 years old, to be a voter and not to be ineligible or incapacitated according to legal provisions. Following the submission of applications, the Seine-Maritime prefectural services examine each declaration to verify its compliance with the electoral code and the eligibility of the candidates.

Find the candidates in your constituency and, on June 30 from 8 p.m., the results of the first round of the legislative elections at Paris, Lyon, Marseille and throughout France.

Applicants could come forward and submit their official application to their prefectures until June 16, 2024 at 6 p.m. After validation by decree, the Ministry of the Interior officially published these applications on June 18, 2024. This concerns the 10 constituencies of the Seine-Maritime department.

The Seine-Maritime department has 1,346 polling stations, spread across 10 constituencies. In total, 67 candidates presented themselves and 880,361 citizens appear on the electoral lists.
