A car and a motorcycle collided on the Ortale road 1km from the junction with the commune of Rutali, in Nebbiu, Haute-Corse.
Despite the rapid intervention of firefighters, the driver of the motorcycle died. We do not know, at this time, his age and identity.
12 firefighters (an ambulance, a road rescue van and a group leader) were deployed to the accident site. Police are still at the scene of the accident.
This is the 33rd road victim in Corsica for the year 2024 according to state services.
