Snow could fall at low altitude at the end of next week, potentially the return of flakes to Rodez.
A few snowflakes appeared on Aubrac at the start of the week. But over the next few days, snow could fall into the valleys and plains, in small quantities according to initial forecasts.
According to Météo France, snow will fall in the Laguiole sector from Wednesday November 20 in the evening, it could also fall near Sévérac-d'Aveyron and Salles-Curan during the night. A larger part of Aveyron could be affected from Friday morning: snow would arrive in Rodez, Espalion, Entraygues-sur-Truyère or even Réquista, where temperatures will be around 0°C. In the Ruthenois, the falls could even persist into the afternoon.
Note that Météo France's confidence index is currently 2 out of 5, which means that the forecasts are still not very precise and may still evolve.
