The solidarity land office will market these housing units in the form of a real joint lease, allowing households below a certain resource ceiling to become the owner of housing at an affordable price,” explained the mayor, Fabien. The household that buys real estate under a real joint lease owns the walls of the accommodation but not the land. The latter is the property of a solidarity land organization, approved by the State.
