As the hours pass, the concern of those close to us grows. This 66-year-old man in good physical shape did not return from his walk. He was dressed in rust/orange colored pants, a black anorak with colorful patterns, and a red beanie. The family reported his disappearance this Saturday morning and launched a wanted notice on social networks.

“He went for a walk, we don’t know his route. He left on foot, without a backpack, the neighbors saw him heading towards Audincourt” confides the daughter of the missing person. “We are worried, he has been outside for two days.” Since Friday, the family and volunteers have been searching the areas where Joël Gabrieli could have gone.

The last demarcation of Joël Gabrieli's telephone was done at Beaucourt in the Territoire de Belfort.

According to the Montbéliard public prosecutor's office, research is currently underway in the Beaucourt sector, involving around ten gendarmes and a dog.

An investigation was opened to find the sixty-year-old, and to “search for the causes of the disappearance”.
