Sarreguemines: Pascal Jenft, National Rally candidate in the 2024 early legislative elections

Pascal Jenft is a candidate for the early legislative elections in the Sarreguemines constituency. Already a candidate in 2017 where he finished third with 17% of the votes, the native of Heckenransbach, now in Neufgrange, is trying his luck again to propose, according to him, a real alternative for the country with the National Rally. Before talking about his priorities, he tells us a little about himself.

I was born in Sarreguemines, my father is a former underground miner, my mother was a religion teacher. I was a soldier in the gendarmerie for around 20 years, I left the gendarmerie to create my business, and I have been a business manager for 19 years now.

If you are elected to the National Assembly, what will be your priority?

So, the priority is rather three priorities. From our installation, it is the improvement of the purchasing power of our fellow citizens, the fight against immigration and the re-establishment of a minimum of security for our inhabitants. For security, we will propose minimum sentences for offenders, so that they quickly have a penal response to punish them for their actions. For immigration, we can work quickly on family reunification and land rights, these will be measures which will have very rapid effects.

You also mentioned it in the theme of security, is it sanctioning the families of delinquents?

So, the families of repeat delinquent children, yes, I think that if at some point we don’t have a moment of discipline, we have to sanction someone. As we find it difficult to sanction our children, it might be a good idea to sanction the parents, to encourage them to monitor your children.

You travel across the territory, at the local level, what are your priorities?

We are going to think on the scale of the entire constituency, we absolutely must reindustrialize these territories, there is a lack of employment, and we must avoid people having to travel many kilometers to go to work.

A few words, to conclude, to the residents of the constituency…

This vote is very important. It is not really between Mr. Vincent Seitlinger and myself, it is rather a national issue. The issues must be aware that next week’s vote is very important for us, because either we will have a head of government called Jordan Bardella, or we will have a head of government called Jean-Luc Mélenchon .
