Stocks to follow on Wednesday on the Paris Stock Exchange and in Europe:

* SOCIÉTÉ GÉNÉRALE SOGN.PA has agreed to sell its subsidiary Shine, specialized in offering banking services to professionals, to the Danish Ageras, announced a press release on Wednesday which did not specify the amount of the transaction.

* VINCI SGEF.PA announced on Tuesday an increase of 8.7% year-on-year in traffic for its airport activities.

* ESSILORLUXOTTICA ESLX.PA announced on Tuesday that it has signed with Diesel announce an exclusive 10-year licensing agreement for the design, production and global distribution of Diesel eyewear.

* UBS UBSG.S – The group’s chief executive, Sergio Ermotti, on Tuesday rejected calls urging Swiss authorities to tighten regulations on the banking sector after the Credit Suisse takeover in 2023, saying “fear” and criticism “populists” are harming the bank and the country’s prospects.

* FERRARI RACE.MI – Ferrari’s first electric car will cost at least 500,000 euros, a source close to the matter told Reuters, as the luxury carmaker prepares to open a factory that will produce the model.

* VODAFONE GROUP VOD.L plans to sell a stake of almost 18% in Indian company Indus Towers INUS.NS for an amount of up to two billion dollars, more than the stake of around 10% it initially planned to sell, shows a document consulted by Reuters on Wednesday.

* ANGLO AMERICAN AAL.L – The group’s copper production at its Los Bronces mine in Chile is expected to fall by almost a third next year compared to average historical levels due to the suspension of operations at a site for maintenance, the company’s Chilean director said Tuesday.

* SHELL SHEL.L on Tuesday closed a 56,300 barrels per day (bpd) hydrocracking unit at its oil refinery in Pernis, the Netherlands, consultancy Wood Mackenzie reported. The cause of this closure is currently unknown and Shell declined to comment.

* BERKELEY BKGH.L – The British high-end housing manufacturer raised its profit forecast for the 2025 financial year by 5% on Wednesday and stressed that difficulties in the property market would likely persist until the reduction begins interest rates.
