A man was on trial for immediate appearance, Tuesday, November 12, at the Bergerac criminal court (Dordogne) for refusing to comply, driving while drunk, speeding and driving without insurance. On the night of November 8 to 9, he was arrested by the Bergerac police officers after fleeing twice, while driving in a state of obvious intoxication.
