The driver of a van that hit three cars before ending up embedded in a barn is missing. According to The Parisianthe accident took place on Sunday in Bresles, near Beauvais (Oise) and left two victims.
The police are continuing their investigation to trace the suspect. A building security order was issued by the mayor of the town in order to secure the premises, because a wall of the barn risks collapsing.
Impossible to extract the van given the risk of collapse
In the rue du Petit Chantilly, the van embedded in the house offers a sad spectacle for passers-by this Monday morning. The previous evening, an accident involving four vehicles was extremely violent. The three cars hit were parked in front of a house, a few meters before the barn.
The building constructed in the 19th century was weakened following the impact. As for the cars, they belong to the same family, who were celebrating the birth of a baby at the time of the accident.
