Matt and Lili's farm, managed by Alison and Mathieu Chambron, embodies the passion for the local terroir. Raising pigs in the open air, the farm controls the entire process, from the birth of the animals to the transformation into charcuterie, cured and preserved products. This approach, based on direct sales and agricultural ethics, earned them the trophy for best farm at the recent Agricultural Trophies (2024).
A Shop and Diversified Products
The farm shop, open 7 days a week, offers not only homemade creations but also products from more than 40 local producers: cheeses, wines, beers, honey and more. Specialties like pork leg cooked for six hours and home-cooked meals attract visitors. Mathieu also highlights the farm catering aspect for events, ensuring a friendly and authentic service.
