Entr'in 52 welcomed Travail and the Mission Locale for a day of discussions aimed at strengthening collaboration around professional integration in Haute-.

Entr'in 52, the integration structure through economic activity based in Langres has opened its doors to its partners, France Travail and the Local Mission. This afternoon is part of the IAE month which aims to strengthen links, streamline future exchanges and above all to facilitate access to employment for people in the integration process.

The role of Entr'in 52

Since its creation in 1984 as an association, Entr'in 52 has been committed to provide assistance to people wishing to re-enter the job market through “ecological engineering” (ecological engineering is the set of techniques and practices aimed at restoring, managing or creating natural ecosystems to preserve biodiversity). The activities of the structure are very varied but always in line with this famous ecological engineering, it can range fromlandscaping, maintenance of waterways, including masonry or even carpentry.

We really want to offer our employees in training or the people we support as many opportunities as possible and direct them towards supports such as immersion internships. ” explained Thomas Campanova, director of the structure.

The afternoon started with a visit to carpentry workshopsguided by Clément, in office for a year. A former cook, Clément is now a carpenter and trainer in the company thanks to his first experience within Entr'in 52. In this workshop, we use only local woodtransformed to then be sold to municipalities, businesses and individuals.

The Mission Locale and France Travail teams were able to discover behind the scenes of Entr'in 52 and thus understand its role. “ The objective is to enable everyone to integrate into the job market by giving them solid foundations “, adds Thomas Campanova. The structure accepts candidates of all ages, genders and levels, as long as they have minimal manual experience.
