It is in this idyllic setting that chef Frédérick Lyard invites you on a stroll through the heart of southern flavors around seasonal products and vegetables grown on site. Each dish combines aesthetics and flavors, like the crispy organic egg, crunchy vegetables, emulsified black sesame sauce (€14) or the Mediterranean tuna carpaccio (€18). The main dishes, such as grilled octopus, sunny vegetables and cold herb cream (€32) or veal sauté with olives, vegetable garden vegetables (€28), also demonstrate the house’s sunny cuisine. The ambiance is complemented by touches of Vilebrequin decor, adding a note of seaside chic to the environment. In addition to enjoying a lovely meal, visitors can enjoy a relaxing day by the Roch Hôtel & Spa swimming pool or discover the exclusive selection of Vilebrequin swimwear, available at the neighboring boutique, for a gastronomy combo, fashion and relaxation and a great escape from the hustle and bustle of the city, while remaining anchored in the rhythm and Parisian lifestyle.
