But, this Monday, the general assembly of the Engagés decided, by a vote (38 votes for, 16 against) to give a mandate “to explore the most relevant avenues”, says a source. “To join Renew,” says another. And more precisely the European Democratic Party of François Bayrou, “the most centrist branch”, says one, “it is not that of the MR”, insists the other.
