In the running in the first Haut-Alpine constituency, (in order of the draw of the billboards) Jérôme Sainte-Marie, for the National Rally (RN), who claims to be a political scientist, specialist in opinion polls, this candidate (who presents himself with Eric Sarlin as deputy) specifies that he resides in Saint-André-de-Rosans and divides his time between Hautes-Alpes and Paris.
The outgoing MP, Pascale Boyer, under the Ensemble label, from the presidential party, has Nicolas Richer as her deputy. Marie-José Allemand, opposition municipal councilor in Gap, is running for the New Popular Front, with Lionel Tardy as substitute. For the Lutte Ouvrière party, already a candidate for the 2022 legislative elections and school teacher, Véronique Buisson will be in the running, with Jean-Claude Illy replacing her. Finally, Dorian Deininger, head of Young People LR 05, with his deputy Anne Baffert, will be candidates for Les Républicains.
For the second constituency of Hautes-Alpes (in order of the draw of the billboards) we find ourselves on the starting line Boris Guignard, already a candidate for the 2022 legislative elections and a teacher by profession with his substitute Valérie Bouix for the Lutte party factory Girl; Sébastien Fine, mayor of Villard-Saint-Pancrace and community councilor of Briançonnais, with his deputy Rodolphe Papet for the Renaissance presidential party.
Valérie Rossi, departmental councilor of the canton of Chorges, mayor of Puy-Sanières from 2001 to 2020, with her deputy Vincent Bonnardel, are in the running for the New Popular Front. Johann Mondain, holiday center director, is without label (he ranks in the moderate camp) with his deputy Laurie Céline Arriailh. Louis Albrand, RN regional advisor, former advisor to Minister Albin Chalandon with his deputy Cyriane Chiorino are leaving for the National Rally.
