Here’s when the Red Devils will play at Euro 2024, from the first round to the final

In the draw, Belgium fell into Group E, with Slovakia, Romania and Ukraine, the latter team having exited the play-offs. If the Euro begins on June 14 with Germany-Scotland, the Devils will begin the competition three days later, on June 17 against Slovakia in Frankfurt.

1st day: Belgium – Slovakia, Monday June 17 at 6 p.m. in Frankfurt

2nd day: Belgium – Romania, Saturday June 22 at 9 p.m. in Cologne

3rd day: Ukraine-Belgium, Wednesday June 26 at 6 p.m. in Stuttgart

After that ?

The Red Devils’ schedule will then depend on their ranking in Group E, but in any case they will have to beat other big European nations to reach the final, on July 14 in Berlin. It should also be noted that there is no final for 3rd place at the Euro.

In case of first place

If Belgium finishes first in its group, it will play in the round of 16 the best third place in groups AB, C or D. Groups where several big teams play, and one of them could be surprised and finish third.

Round of 16: Tuesday July 2 at 6 p.m. Munich

Quarter-final: Saturday July 6 at 9 p.m. in Berlin

Semi-final: Wednesday July 10 at 9 p.m. in Dortmund

In case of second place:

If the Belgians finish second, they will face the runners-up in Group D, made up of France, the Netherlands, Poland and Austria, in the second round. A much less advantageous scenario than the previous one.

Round of 16: Monday July 1 at 6 p.m. in Düsseldorf

Quarter-final: Friday July 6 at 9 p.m. in Hamburg

Semi-final: Tuesday July 9 at 9 p.m. in Munich

In case of third place

If the Red Devils fail to finish in the top two places and finish third in Group E, they will have to hope to be among the top four (out of six) teams finishing in that position. The number of points and goal difference will be taken into account in the event of a tie. However, it is difficult to know in advance the dates of the meetings in this eventuality. Only one certainty, the round of 16 will take place on Sunday June 30, in Gelsenkirchen (6 p.m.) or Cologne (9 p.m.).
