In Pimbo in the Landes, the “Pimbo gourmand” restaurant has changed hands. Céline Agoutborde, the new manager, focuses on homemade products with local products to delight gourmets.
Located in the Landes, the small village of Pimbo is a well-known stopover village for walkers on the Camino de Santiago. They can enjoy a gourmet moment at “Pimbo Gourmand”, which Céline Agoutborde has just taken over.
A place open to all
A trained Social Animator, Céline is starting a new, totally different adventure, but one that is far from unknown to her. Granddaughter of an innkeeper, in parallel with her career in the social sector, she has always worked extra with caterers, restaurants and bars.
A lover of the Auberge system open to all, she did not hesitate to take the helm of the “Gourmet Pimbo” when the opportunity presented itself.
Céline's touch
By taking over the Pimbo Gourmand, Céline brought her own touch, particularly in the decoration of the premises, which took advantage of her modern and feminine touch.
In the kitchen, she wants to offer everyone the opportunity to enjoy themselves, by offering a varied menu including choices of meat, fish, and dishes for children and vegetarians.
Homemade dishes with locally produced products, which she loves to highlight.
Gourmet themed evenings
In order to vary the pleasures, the Pimbo Gourmand offers gourmet theme evenings on weekends: Sushi, burger or gastronomic evening, each cook has his own specialty to make these evenings a pure moment of indulgence full of flavors.
