Dozens of mayors of Côtes-d'Armor have, in recent months, issued municipal decrees to force the State to establish an emergency plan for access to care in Côtes-d'Armor under penalty of a penalty of €1,000 per day for the State.
The prefect of Côtes-d'Armor summons them all before the summary judge of the administrative court of Rennes in order to have these orders suspended.
