Audi, Porsche, BMW, Mercedes, Jeep, Harley Davisdson… one auction sales of vehicles seized by the courts will take place Thursday June 13, 2024, at 11 a.m., in Sainte-Geneviève-des-Bois (Essonne) in the commercial area of ​​the Croix-Blanche. It is organized by theAgency for the management and recovery of seized and confiscated assets (Agrasc), in partnership with the Bouvet auction house.

Luxury cars with large displacements

Nine vehicles will be up for grabs during this auction. Among them, luxury models like the Porsche 911 992 GT3 Touring, priced at 140,000 euros.

Two other cars from the iconic German brand will also go on sale on Thursday. In this case a model Panamera Turbo V8 4.0 550 Executive as well as a collector’s model 911 SC 3.0 Coupé, both priced at 30,000 euros.

A car Audi RS3 Sportback 2.5 TFSI 400ch quattro S tronic 7 will also be on sale Thursday with a price set at 20,000 euros, well below its real value.

Prices much lower than the real value of these vehicles

Buyers will also have the opportunity to acquire a sedan BMW M3 Competition 3.0 510 priced at 40,000 euros, a 4X4 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited priced at 28,000 euros or even a Mercedes-Benz Class V 220 van priced at 16,000 euros.

Finally, an Austin Mini Cooper SI and a Harley-Davidson Fat Boy 114 motorcycle will be transferred during this sale. The first is priced at 7,000 euros and the second will be available from 7,500 euros.

Please note, for judicial sales, the Sales fees are set by law and amount to 14.28% including tax. In addition, the auction house has not planned delivery for this sale, the collection of vehicles is the responsibility of the buyer.

The money from the sales is used, in part, to compensate the victims

A public establishment placed under the dual supervision of the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Public Accounts, Agrasc has seized in 2023 for 1.4 billion euros in criminal assets throughout the national territory whether it concerns real estate, cars, luxury watches or others.

The proceeds from confiscations paid to state services were last year 175.5 million euros. A sum partly paid to the general state budget, but also for compensation of victims.
