“It is a maceration of fruits and plants in , combined with untreated or organic Norman apple juice”, he recalls.

Only two artisans chosen at the regional level

The trader traces: “The Chamber of Crafts of Calvados asked me to complete a file in order to be part of a first regional selection to participate in the made in fair in which I completed without really believing in it because 200 artisans are chosen on the national territory, including two at the regional level. »

In the heart of the craft village

Selected on May 22, the liquor maker expresses his pride: « C It's a privilege, especially since the 200 artisans will be located in the heart of the craft village. »

The Bayeusain will embark towards the capital with 1,200 bottles.
