Scrapbooking is initially a way of displaying photos in albums. A way to create themed pages to highlight moments of life and illustrate memories. But scrapbooking is not just about that : it also extends to the creation of objects, home decoration, stationery with or without photos. Coming from the DIY trend, Do It Yourself, it's a way to be creative using different media: paper, cardboard, wood, canvas… Also with an eco-responsible side, because you can do all of this in using recycled materials.
It was when she became a mother that Amélie discovered a passion for scrapbooking. It all started with announcements and she was won over by the diversity of techniques, materials, supports…Now she offers workshops with Mélie'Scrap and she comes to give us her tips for being creative at home.
