The Zelaform association in Blain (Loire-Atlantique) is doing well, as Linda Métivier shows. “We have 227 adults and 49 children. » Memberships which lead to “an encouraging financial situation, since a profit of €2,300 is achieved. This is the first time since the Covid crisis,” notes Roselyne Leroux, the treasurer.

€5,000 to help Lucie

The general meeting ended with a review of a significant event for the association. A day of solidarity for Lucie Retailmember of Zelaform, amputated hands and feet after severe malaria, was organized.

A hundred volunteers participated in this day of March 23.

“A day full of emotions and perfectly successful. We served 250 meals and 350 people attended the dance show produced by the members,” explains the association.

Meal sales and donations made it possible to put back €5,000 to Lucie to help finance quality prostheses.
