PPBE 4th deadline: public consultation notice – PPBE – deadline 4 – Ongoing consultations – Public consultation on noise – Noise – Environment – State actions

European directive 2002/49/EC of June 25, 2002 relating to the assessment and management of noise in the environment makes it compulsory to develop Strategic Noise Maps (CBS) and Noise Prevention Plans in the environment. Environment (PPBE).

In the Oise department, the motorway network (concession and non-concession), the national road network and the railway network are concerned.

The regulatory noise maps, known as strategic noise maps, have been produced: the prefectural decree of October 18, 2022 approves the Noise Maps of road infrastructures whose annual traffic is greater than 3 million vehicles and railways whose annual traffic is greater than 30,000 train passages per year, in the Oise department (4th deadline).

In accordance with article R.572-9 of the Environmental Code, the draft PPBE of the State of 4^Andme deadline must be submitted for public consultation for a period of 2 months. Therefore, this consultation will take place from November 13, 2024 to January 13, 2025 inclusive.

A digital or paper copy of the draft PPBE will be made available to the public by the DDT60 SSEC as well as a register of public consultation.

The observations collected will be the subject of a report which will be annexed to the PPBE. They may lead to modification of the wording of the PPBE.
