The Chambre de Métiers (CMA-52) did things well by selecting this year for the Salon du Made in France (MIF) three artisans from Haut-Marne renowned for the quality of their production: the Decorse distillery (Millières), the chocolate factory Henry (Langres-Chaumont) and the Martinelli factory (Les Loges).
Fabrique Martinelli has acquired a solid reputation as a designer and manufacturer of kitchens. It now has a show room in the center of Langres. She reserved her own space on the MIF, the square meters being by nature very limited at the Craft Village.
The Decorse distillery discovers the MIF
Accustomed to important events, rewarded many times at the International Agricultural Show (SIA), this is the first time that the Decorse distillery, from Millières, has participated in the Made in France Show (MIF). She owes this participation to the selection made this year by the Haute-Marne establishment of the Chambre de Métiers (CMA) du Grand Est. The Jean-Guillaume Decorse distillery will therefore be present at the Village de l'Artisanat: a space dedicated to artisans managed by the CMA France and its regional branches.
Jean-Guillaume Decorse is delighted with this participation and intends to take advantage of the opportunity to promote French and Haute-Marne craftsmanship.
He, who offers 35 different products in his Millières store, will be present at the MIF with four eaux-de-vie, six liqueurs, a pastis and a whisky.
Le Rocher Lingon (Maxime Henry) ambassador of 52
First participation thanks to an invitation from the Chamber of Trades. Will be present at the Craft Village to present its specialty: Lingon Rock. This Rocher Lingon will be the only product presented by the Haut-Marne chocolatier:
It is an almond-hazelnut praline with a touch of fleur de sel caramel, a crushed caramelized hazelnut, all coated in dark chocolate.
The company has worked on new, 100% personalized packaging: the box is manufactured near Dijon. The cardboard is produced by a craftsman from Haut-Doubs. The overall product is therefore completely prepared by Maxime Henry and his collaborators, and presented in a box manufactured within a radius of less than 150 km. The design of the box was entrusted to Marianne Thoyer, also from Haute-Marne, Meilleur Ouvrière de France (MOF) graphic design artist.
Maxine Henry is delighted with this teamwork. The packaging will be presented at the Salon du Made in France and will then appear in stores in Langres and Chaumont over the coming weeks. Maxine Henry declared herself “very happy to have been selected for this MIF. It shines a light on our teams. The employees are really happy to follow the Salon du Chocolat then the Salon du Made in France. It’s the work of a whole team with super-motivated young people. It carries us.”
