You will have to be patient if you travel by train between Towers and Loches these next few days. There traffic will be interrupted a good part of the day, Monday 4 to Friday 15 November 2024 on the TER line between Loches and Tours due to works.

“To improve the comfort and regularity of your trains, SNCF is carrying out very important work requiring the interruption of all rail traffic from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. », Explains the SNCF in a press release.

The timetables of the trains concerned

Departing from Tours, the 8:04 a.m., 10:10 a.m., 12:12 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. trains departing from Tours will not run.

Departing from Loches,the 9:26 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 2:46 p.m. and 5:08 p.m. trains are canceled.

Only a coach leaving Tours in the morning at 8:05 a.m. and another departing from Loches at 5:10 p.m. will provide replacement transport.

THE Wednesdays November 6 and 13as well as the Friday November 8 and 15it will be possible to reserve taxis “at the latest the day before the trip before 7 p.m., with the Rémi user relations center »adds the SNCF.

The return to normal is scheduled for Saturday, November 16.
