The last month with such high rainfall was in 1981 with 153.1 millimeters. The absolute record for the month of October was established in 1896 with 166.9 millimeters of rain.
Only four days of sunshine in October
According to data provided by Info Climat, the day of Wednesday October 9 alone concentrated more than half of the precipitation that fell in October (70.8 millimeters), i.e. when Hurricane Kirk affected most of the country. . For this month of November, the weather should remain roughly the same with the sun hidden by fog and an average temperature set at 15°C. The mornings, on the other hand, should be a little cooler.
