ASEPT Périgord Agenais (Association Health Education and Prevention in the Territories) is responsible for deploying prevention actions for seniors (workshops, shows, conferences, escape games, etc.), accessible free of charge for people aged 55 and over . Objective: preserve the health and social capital of seniors to ensure healthy aging. To this end, ASEPT is organizing a workshop at Saint-Sylvestre (Salle Lalbat, 1 place de la ville hall) from November 5. During this interactive and fun module, participants will receive practical advice for living healthier at home. The objective is to promote awareness of the link between housing, health and well-being. Seniors will also benefit from advice on limiting their energy expenditure and optimizing their budget. The workshop is organized in 5 sessions of 2 hours.
