Alain Mauny, regional director of France Travail Nouvelle-Aquitaine, came to the France Travail agency in Langon on October 24 (Gironde) to launch the new “France Travail Pro” brand, in the presence of 30 local companies and partners.

“The creation of 'France Travail Pro' illustrates our ambition to become the preferred HR (human resources) partner of all employers. In New Aquitaine87.6% of companies using our services are satisfied with them, with an even higher rate of 90.6% in the employment area by Langon », explains Alain Mauny.

France Travail notes, however, that many small companies, often without an HR department, do not sufficiently exploit its services, which complicates their recruitment.

A service accessible by telephone

To remedy this, “France Travail Pro” is now accessible by phone Monday to Saturday, from 7:30 a.m. to 8 p.m., thus facilitating exchanges on slots more suited to their availability.

In Langon, the dedicated team, made up of nine advisorsis ready to accompany them.

During the launch of France Travail Pro, 30 recruiters participated to discover the varied offers, ranging from recruitment systems to innovative methods such as the Simulation Recruitment Method.

The Voltéo company, which is established in Bazasunderlined the effectiveness of this method for recruiting three people in professions without existing training, during one of the three kiosks organized by France Travail to illustrate its different systems, presented by groups of 10 employers.

New recruitment methods

“Companies need to consider new approaches to recruiting asThe CV and cover letter are no longer enough. To overcome hiring difficulties, it is essential to discover other solutions. Our advisors are there to help, and once the candidate is found, we offer training with financing aidoften unknown to companies,” continues Pierre Payzan.

With France Travail Pro, France Travail wishes to “ reinforced support for businesses and job seekers in South Gironde, with the objective of offering effective, inclusive solutions adapted to the needs of the territory.
