Attached to the Bergerac Maintenance Agency made up of around ten people, your mission will be to ensure upkeep, maintenance and repair work, in housing and in common areas, in one or more bodies. 'states. The main tasks of this position will include:
- Plan interventions and produce daily activity reporting
- Carry out upkeep and maintenance work (plumbing, electricity, carpentry, plastering, painting, locksmithing, maintenance of green spaces)

Skills and qualities required:
- Diploma or CAP level
- 3 to 5 years experience
