After the successful launch of connections to Oran and Algiers last week, Transavia is today celebrating the inaugural flight of its Toulouse-Dubai line.
Transavia France, the low-cost subsidiary of Air France, is inaugurating the winter season with the opening of three new destinations from Toulouse-Blagnac airport: Oran, Algiers and, for the first time, Dubai. This expansion marks a key step for the company as it continues to develop its offering to meet travelers' expectations, whether it involves meeting up with family and friends or exploring new horizons.
After the successful launch of connections to Oran and Algiers last week, Transavia is today celebrating the inaugural flight of its Toulouse-Dubai line. This new feature allows Toulouse passengers to escape to a unique destination, located at the gateway to the Orient, offering a change of scenery just a few hours' flight away. These lines are available at attractive prices, confirming Transavia's desire to offer accessible options for travelers in the region.
An Expansion serving Toulouse travelers
The teams from Transavia and Toulouse-Blagnac airport marked the event during inaugural flights, celebrated with the first passengers. Nicolas Hénin, Deputy General Manager Sales and Marketing of Transavia France, expressed his enthusiasm for this development:
“We are very pleased to inaugurate these three new lines with our partner at Toulouse-Blagnac airport. Our Toulouse customers now have new travel opportunities to reach sunny destinations in winter. The extension of our services to Oran and Algiers until next summer demonstrates our commitment to developing our activities in Occitania. »
These new flights complete Transavia's winter offering, with connections to sunny and diverse destinations. Philippe Crébassa, Chairman of the Management Board of Toulouse-Blagnac Airport, underlines the importance of this establishment:
“The 2024/2025 winter season is marked by the strengthening of the Transavia company's offer from Toulouse-Blagnac airport. Our travelers will be able to travel this winter with Transavia, twice a week, to Algiers and Oran. Another exclusive novelty: the opening of the Toulouse-Dubaï line, providing a change of scenery just a few hours' flight away. »
This strategic collaboration demonstrates a common ambition: to connect the Occitanie region with attractive international destinations, even in the middle of winter, and to meet the expectations of customers looking for affordable travel.
Schedules and frequencies of new flights
This winter, Transavia will offer a diversified and accessible program for these three new destinations:
