FAIR: The Department offers “100% Côte-d’Or” Halls

The Côte-d'Or departmental council presents “local excellence at the heart of the Fair”. The Savoir-faire 100% Côte-d’Or territorial brand is celebrating its 5th anniversary.

At the heart of the International and Gastronomic Fair in , from Thursday October 31 to Sunday November 11, the Department is honoring local sectors with “Les Halles 100% Côte-d'Or”. This year, the stand has a new name and is expanding, featuring a renewed design and lively activities during the 12 days of the Fair.

President Sauvadet will inaugurate the Halles 100% Côte-d'Or on October 31, on the occasion of the 5th anniversary of the brand which today brings together 500 restaurateurs, producers and artisans from the Department.

Excellence and know-how will be there, with the daily presence of 100% Côte-d'Or approved professionals on the stand. The Fair is also an opportunity to discover the Côte-d'Or Farm from November 7 to 10 to the delight of young and old!

Les Halles 100% Côte-d’Or: a new concept – Hall 1, Stand F34/F35

The “Savoir-faire 100% Côte-d’Or” brand shines at the Fair with Les Halles 100% Côte-d’Or! This space is divided into three zones with the 100% Côte-d'Or bistro, the 100% Côte-d'Or boutique and the “Côte-d'Or workshops” space.

The 100% Côte-d'Or Bistrot: more place settings, more culinary shows!

With the success of the last edition, the Bistrot is expanding to accommodate 40 seats! Approved chef Benoit Bruley will offer 100% Côte-d'Or menus from starter to dessert (lunch and dinner service, excluding events). Outside of the Bistrot's opening hours, this space will be hosted by Chef Ambassadors who will put on culinary shows!

A 100% Côte-d’Or boutique: a unique variety of local products

Discover a selection of 140 100% Côte-d’Or products! This shop offers an incredible variety: meats, fish, fresh produce, crème de cassis, mustard… All these products come from local producers and artisans. Every day, visitors will have the opportunity to interact with approved people.

The “Ateliers Côte-d’Or” space: activities every day

In this space, there will be something for everyone! Every day, our approved people and our partners will intervene to make their know-how and their products known.
