Home hospitalization: a new organization for the Lot, HAD 46 becomes the sole player in home hospitalization in the Lot department. Following discussions between the Cahors Hospital Center and HAD 46, a homogeneous organization for the entire region has been put in place. Thanks to the support of the Regional Health Agency, this new improved structure aims to offer quality care to the inhabitants of the region. This initiative facilitates access to quality care for patients in the Lot, with a dedicated team and strengthened collaboration between local healthcare professionals. This restructuring allows HAD 46 to provide a complete and optimal service, in particular by extending its support to EHPADs. HAD 46 and the Cahors Hospital Center have jointly worked to set up this new organization, thus underlining their commitment to improving care in the region. With a qualified team operating from the Quercy clinic, HAD 46 already ensures the daily monitoring of 25 patients. Hospitalization at home (HAD) offers patients an alternative to traditional hospitalization, ensuring continuity of personalized care adapted to their home. This multidisciplinary solution is essential to meet the varied needs of patients, whether for palliative care, complex dressings or post-chemotherapy monitoring. With HAD 46, patients in the Lot benefit from a diversified and extensive range of care throughout the department, thus strengthening access to quality services. This development demonstrates ELSAN’s constant commitment to improving healthcare, ensuring proximity, quality and innovation for all.
