In Kerbors (Côtes-d'Armor), a small seaside town at the end of the Jaudy estuary, the development of building land in Enez Yar subdivision ended on July 8.

The subdivision is made up of 10 lots, from 455 to 563 m2land prices range from €29,600 to €36,600either €65 per m².

The land is serviced: electricity, telephone, drinking water supply, rainwater, wastewater (collective sanitation).

5 lots still on sale

Five lots have already been sold, there are still five left.

For the municipality, the overall cost of the operation amounts to €490,000 including tax, the municipality contributes €111,000, which makes it possible to offer attractive exit prices for the inhabitants of Trégor.

The project highlights the identity of the place, relying on the existing low walls and walls on the site. The bocage network is preserved, whose location, at the heart of the operation, makes it possible to articulate the district in small “hamlets” preserving privacy.
