It adopted the following points:

Health Plan
An installation bonus of €10,000 is granted to a general practitioner installed since January 2, 2024 in Surgères, located in a fragile area. €1,200 is also allocated to an intern in general medicine at the Faculty of Poitiers, for travel as part of their internship from November 1, 2023 to May 1, 2024 in Mortagne-sur-Gironde, located in a very fragile area. of the department.

Finally, the Permanent Commission allocated €75,000 to the construction of a Multiprofessional Health Center in Saint-Jean-d’Angély and €19,946 to the creation of housing for medical interns in Saint-Palais-sur. -Sea.

Social Action
The permanent commission allocated €1,065,675 in total to associations working in the field of combating exclusion as well as socio-educational support and integration of Travelers.
It granted the social centers a subsidy of €784,970 for their overall animation mission, and €885,000 for the implementation of the Collective Action for Social Integration (ACIS). €443,035 is also dedicated to associations and structures working in the field of children and families.

Employment and integration
The permanent commission has dedicated €1,713,237 to integration projects in Charente-Maritime for the year 2024.
€59,160 is also dedicated to Local Missions, for sponsorship of young people and the “100 chances 100 jobs” program. These two measures are integrated into the Departmental Plan for Youth in order to help their integration.

Agricultural policy
€88,500 is dedicated to agricultural organizations for the year 2024. The permanent commission also helped four farmers to set up by granting each €5,000: a farmer established in Saint-Georges-de-Didonne in organic market gardening , a farmer based in Cercoux in goat farming (organic milk with cheese processing), a farmer based in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré in diversified market gardening and arboriculture, and a farmer based in Saint-Coutant-le-Grand in mixed farming and breeding cattle (meat production).

Energy Policy
As part of the Territorial Renewable Heat Contract (CCRt) signed with the Ecological Transition Agency (ADEME), the permanent commission allocated €45,916 to the municipality of Nieul‐sur‐Mer in order to carry out the preliminary studies which will characterize the geothermal resource to the right of the Dolto site and €33,180 are also allocated to the social landlord SEMIS (Société d’Économie Mixte Immobilière de la Saintonge) in order to install a collective boiler room with wood pellets for 20 social housing units (Saint-Pierre residence , in Saintes).

Agreement with Ferrocampus
The partnership between the Department and Ferrocampus gave rise to a framework agreement, so that industrial and innovative experiments can be carried out on the railway line linking Saujon to La Tremblade. Road safety

The permanent commission also validated the list of actions retained under the Departmental Action Plan for Road Safety 2024. Several associations having carried out prevention actions in this area are supported for a total amount of €11,500.

In order to encourage the civic engagement of young people, the permanent commission has awarded several grants:
€10,700 as part of the “Becoming citizens” call for projects,
€5,600 as part of the “Better Living Together” regulation concerning young people aged 9 to 29.
€5,000 is also dedicated to financing the operation of the Maison de l’Egalité in Rochefort, which develops citizen actions promoting equality between women and men.

Sports policy
The permanent commission helps sports associations to the tune of €375,748 in operation and €2,492,892 in investment. Nautical activities are allocated €599,425 in operation and €177,000 in investment.
