To the regional press, the public prosecutor of Montbéliard, Paul Edouard Lallois confirmed that he had received a report targeting Ismaël Boudjekada on the basis of article 40 which specifies that “any constituted authority, any public officer or civil servant who, in the exercise of his functions, acquires knowledge of a crime or misdemeanor is required to give notice without delay to the public prosecutor and to transmit to this magistrate all the information, minutes and acts relating thereto.

“This report made by this deputy from Doubs is perfectly legally valid” believes the prosecutor. Ismaël Boudjekada, municipal councilor of Grand Charmont has officially resided for several months in the region and no longer in Doubs, he will therefore be judged by the court. The Montbéliard public prosecutor’s office relinquished responsibility for the benefit of the latter.

For advocating terrorism on the internet, Ismaël Boudjekada faces on paper a sentence of 7 years in prison, a €100,000 fine and a new sanction for ineligibility.
