What to do this weekend in Montreal? May 24, 25 and 26, 2024

It’s going to be a great weekend in Montreal and when we see all the festivals that the city has to offer, we can’t wait! Music, food, good deals, what more can you ask for? Sunshine, and if (for once) the weather is reliable, it’s on the program!

We party in Mile-End

Woohoo, May 25 and 26 is the second edition of Mile-End en fête!

In the program : artistic performances for the whole family, DJs, concerts and more to (re)discover Mile End and its merchants! Through the neighborhood’s shopping streets, discover a Mile-End more lively than ever. The merchants are waiting for you with discounts, activities and lots of surprises. To enjoy musical performances, meet at their two HQs: the Lave Auto Laurier (which is emblematic of the neighborhood, if you don’t know it) and the parking lot at the corner St-Viateur/St-Dominique.

Can’t miss this, right?

We’re going to learn at the Eureka Festival

For its 17th edition, the Eureka festival offers you three days of scientific discoveries with over 100 free outdoor activities for the whole family at Parc Jean-Drapeau. You can also listen to lectures, do experiments, attend street performances and many other things about science and technology. The theme? Planetary health! That speaks to us, right?

In short, in our opinion, the most fun way to raise awareness among young people about environmental issues. Or to act smart in front of your colleagues on Monday with everything you’ve learned, your choice. Happy discoveries!

May, comic book month

Because we’re crazy about comics (we even have new recommendations), this weekend we’re going to 13th Montreal Comic Festival. On St-Denis Street, from Gilford to Roy, it is more than 60 free activities that will be offered to you around the theme “Beyond the borders”. For the occasion, the street becomes pedestrian and on the program: more than 300 artists and 168 exhibitors under marquees. You will have understood, there will be something for all tastes whether it is windy, rainy or snowy! (uh no, still not…)

We advise you to go quite early in the day if you want to see everything, but otherwise, you can always go for two days! You can even have your favorite comic book signed there, thanks to this schedule.
