Last weekend in Rochefort-sur-mer (Charente-Maritime) the Nouvelle-Aquitaine regional championships took place in senior mixed doubles and senior men’s triplets. Two teams from the department qualified for the French championships.

In senior mixed doubles, Angélique Aubry and Frédéric Faure (Marmande) only lost in the final against representatives from Haute-Vienne. They will join the French championship which will take place in Saint-Flour (Cantal) on June 29 and 30, the departmental champions of the Amicale Laïque Agen, Sandrine Glenadel and Willy Lehmann. In the senior men’s triplets, the Amicale Laïque Agen team, made up of Hugo Florin, Ludovic Domec and Sébastien Sommavilla, failed in the final against a Charente triplet.
