The monthly plenary of the association of business leaders in services, construction and industry of the Rhone, Grisbi, was held this Thursday in Saint-Nazaire.

For the premiere of the new president of the association Florent Robert, the new territorial marketing policy launched by the Agglomeration of Rhone Gard a little over two weeks ago at the POP show, during the start of the school year, was notably discussed. economics of intercommunality.

Thus, a brand, Prov’Occ, was launched, a contraction of Occitan Provence, the tourist brand of Rhone Gard. “We started from the major recruitment difficulties encountered by companies”explains Solenn Fourquin, responsible for partnerships and territorial marketing at the Agglomeration. “Our economic dynamism is proven, the idea is to build a prospective strategy for promoting and welcoming new arrivals to the region”she continues.

This approach, born from collaborative work between the Agglomeration and business leaders, is based on three axes, recalled by Solenn Fourquin: “attract and prospect profiles, recruit and integrate the candidate and retain the employee. » To do this, all economic players in the region are invited to “share common language elements”to evoke the Rhone Gard, to make it “an argument for recruitment. » The Agglo will also launch an inter-company concierge service in business areas. “We will start with the Euze and Berret areas (in Bagnols, editor’s note) at the start of the year to allow VSEs/SMEs to also offer this type of service”she says. A “welcome pass” will also be offered to new arrivals.

Communication is central to the system, with the slogan “Dare to Prov’Occ”, with a brochure, a kakemono or even graphic elements available to companies to integrate into their communication. A website was also launched. All in the idea, for the Rhone Gard, “to stand out, show that we welcome new employees”summarizes Solenn Fourquin.
