He continues to drink heavily, he caused 4 days of ITT to his partner and, today, she no longer wants to live together,” explains the public prosecutor at the hearing. He requests continued detention “to avoid any risk of reprisals”.

The 41-year-old man was transported to prison after the hearing while awaiting his trial scheduled for November 15.
