Idorsia raises his head a little, but Jean-Paul Clozel leaves his direction. Having become an emblematic figure in Swiss pharma with Actelion, his previous company, the French doctor has had to face in recent months the difficulties which shook the Basel firm, leading to the loss of 475 jobs. On June 13, he will hand over general management to André Muller, current financial director of Idorsia, a position he has held since the creation of the company. A function that he also held within Actelion.

Furthermore, Jean-Paul Clozel announced his intention to stand for election as chairman of the board of directors at this year’s annual general meeting. Its current president, Mathieu Simon, must run for the position of vice-president.
